The nose really draws you into this intense, complex Cabernet Sauvignon with layered aromas of cherries, chocolate and earthy truffles.  More layers of flavour are revealed on the palate with blackberries, herbs, spices, and  balsamic notes wrapped up in ripe tannins and carried through onto a long, persistent finish.

A delicious fruit forward Syrah with blackberry, blueberry and raspberry fruit characters which are interlaced with more complex notes of black pepper, cinnamon and tobacco.  Well balanced and round with a juicy, long lasting finish.

Predominantly Syrah with a generous dollop of Carmenère and dashes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvedre, Malbec, Garnacha, Tempranillo and Petit Verdot - the resultant wine is rich, complex and incredibly smooth.  Intense aromas and flavours of cherries and blackberries blend harmoniously with notes of cedar, tobacco and dried herbs.  The palate is elegant and structured with a long, lingering finish.
