Made from 100% Chardonnay using the 'Méthode Traditionnelle' (ie. the same way that Champagne is made!). This is a lively fruit forward fizz with crisp apple and zesty citrus flavours, and a toasty brioche note. Full of flavour yet light and easy to drink - despite being dry.

This family produced Premier Cru champagne is more than a match for the expensive big names! It is lively and elegant with lots of complexity. With alluring raspberry fruit and citrus aromas plus hints of freshly baked brioche on the nose, and smooth baked apple fruit on the palate - it has a delicious creamy texture which is perfectly balanced by crisp, refreshing acidity.

Described poetically by the winemaker as having 'notes of guava and spicy green grapefruit zest combine with stone fruit: white peach and nectarine ... complemented by woody vanilla and warm, lightly toasted brioche. The fruit is majestic, ripe, fleshy and profound. The wine's power is remarkably restrained. The various sensations - silky, salty, sappy and briny - converge and persist.'
