Lightly sparkling and relatively light in alcohol  - with fresh, ripe strawberry and cherry fruit. Not too sweet and not too dry - the sweetness of the ripe red berry fruit is perfectly balanced by a refreshing, clean acidity.



Romandiola Pignoletto Frizzante 2017, Italy, 11.5% 






Off-dry (but slightly drier than the average Prosecco), the nose is fruity and gently perfumed with citrus blossom and delicate peach aromas.  The palate shows simple citrus and green apple fruit with a refreshing acidity.

Deliciously fizzy and refreshing with lifted aromas of citrus and green apple. The palate is delicately fruity with a crisp, clean finish.


Wild Thing Prosecco Frizzante 2017, 11% [Organic & Vegan]





This easy drinking, organic Prosecco has delicate notes of pear and spring flowers with a touch of white peach fruit.  Being Frizzante (instead of Spumante), the bubbles are softer but still bring lift and freshness.  

Plus, for every bottle sold, a donation is made to the Born Free Foundation to fund conservation and animal projects around the world.  (It also has a handy 'flip top' lid that can be re-sealed for convenience - if required!)

An elegant and expressive champagne with peach fruit, white flowers and toasty brioche aromas and flavours.  The palate is lively and refreshing, yet beautifully balanced with a crisp, steely aftertaste.



Louis Roederer Brut Premier NV, AOC Champagne, 12% 





Deliciously fresh and crisp with creamy, biscuity complexity - the nose is refreshingly fruity with ripe red fruits balanced by zesty lemon and grapefruit notes.  The palate is both rich and refreshingly tense with a mineral core and layers of supple fruit.



Moet et Chandon Cuvée Dom Perignon 2009, AOC Champagne, 12.5% GIFT BOXED





Described poetically by the winemaker as having 'notes of guava and spicy green grapefruit zest combine with stone fruit: white peach and nectarine ... complemented by woody vanilla and warm, lightly toasted brioche.  The fruit is majestic, ripe, fleshy and profound.  The wine's power is remarkably restrained.  The various sensations - silky, salty, sappy and briny - converge and persist.'

Vibrant garnet in colour with a lively mousse, this handcrafted sparkling red is full of creamy cherry and red berry fruit with spicy hints and a touch of chocolatey richness.




Lyme Bay Brut Reserve NV, Devon, 11.5% [Vegan]





This fruit driven fizz is beautifully fresh and clean with crisp apple and citrus fruit flavours.  Very elegant - with just enough weight and complexity to be taken seriously, without detracting from the deliciously vibrant fruit. 


Ridgeview Cavendish Brut NV, Sussex, 12% [Vegan]
