A delicate Sancerre with complex layers of flavour including lemon and passionfruit, floral notes, crushed herbs and a hint of smoke.  The palate is beautifully refreshing with mouthwatering citrus characters and classic mineral overtones which persist onto the long finish.


Louis Michel Chablis 2016, AOC Chablis, 12.5% [Vegan]






A mellow, rounded Chablis with delicious peach and apricot fruit flavours underpinned by classic mineral notes.


Louis Michel Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre 2015, AOC Chablis, 13%





The most prestigious and sought after of the Chablis 1er Crus, it is sometimes said that Montée de Tonnerre should be the eighth Grand Cru!  Vibrant yet restrained, with elegant mineral aromas, ripe fruit on the palate and a harmonious long finish.  Delicious now - but will become increasingly complex over the next 7-8 years.

Torrontés, Argentina's signature white grape variety, is distinctly perfumed with characteristic honeysuckle and rose petal aromas - and Cuma Torrontés is no exception.  It is incredibly fresh with abundant citrus fruit aromas and flavours (lime, grapefruit and orange peel) which complement the floral characters, along with ripe peach and tropical fruit characters that round out the palate.

A beautifully elegant Viognier with distinctive varietal aromas of peach and apricot and a delicate note of honeysuckle.  The palate has a lovely freshness with lots more ripe stone fruit flavours and a hint of coconut on the finish.



Urlar Pinot Gris 2016, Gladstone, New Zealand, 13.5% [Organic]





Fermented in old French oak barrels, this dry Pinot Gris is rich and opulent with peach and pear aromas and flavours, and some honeysuckle notes.  The palate is dry and elegantly rounded with a deliciously creamy texture and a long lingering, faintly  nutty finish.
